Harris B. Evans, MD - Internal Medicine
Dr. Evans attended Millsaps College in Jackson, Ms where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree; he earned his Doctor of Medicine Degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in 1991. Dr. Evans then completed an Internship and his Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, New York. Dr. Evans was also granted a Fellowship in the study of Gastroenterology at the University of Rochester.
Dr. Evans has been caring for patients on the Gulf Coast since 1997.

William R. Fellows, MD - Internal Medicine, Addiction Medicine
Dr. Fellows specializes in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine. He received his degree from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. He completed his internship at Presbyterian Hospital in Chicago, IL and finished a residency in Internal Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He then went into private practice in Internal Medicine in Dearborn, MI prior to moving to Mississippi Gulf coast in 1978.
Dr. Fellows became certified in Addiction Medicine in 1988 through the American Society of Addiction Medicine.

Deborah E. Gatlin, MD - Internal Medicine
Dr. Gatlin served her Internal Medicine residency at the University of South Alabama, in Mobile, Alabama. She received her Medical Doctorate at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, LA. Dr. Gatlin obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from William Carey College.
Dr. Gatlin holds a membership diplomate on the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Gatlin practices Internal Medicine and has done so for twenty years. She has been in practice on the coast for 7 years and has recently joined Dr. Broussard in practice at the Family Medical Center of Orange Grove.
Dr. Gatlin is married and enjoys life on her farm with her many animals.
Dr. Gatlin is on staff at Garden Park Medical Center.
